Terms of Service

The commercial shape of working with us, in plain language. Where a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement wins.

We are not a healthcare provider

ClinicVolume provides marketing services to medical practices. We do not practice medicine, do not give medical advice, and take no responsibility for clinical decisions made by any practice we work with. Nothing we produce — website copy, ad content, social posts — substitutes for a practice's own professional and regulatory judgement about what it can accurately claim.

Every practice remains responsible for the accuracy of any medical claim published under its own name, including anything we draft on its behalf. We ask for and expect a factual review before anything clinical-sounding goes live.

How engagements are billed

Ongoing services — SEO, ad management, reputation and content work — run as a monthly retainer, billed in advance, because the work itself is ongoing rather than a one-time deliverable. A website build is typically a fixed project fee, occasionally paired with a smaller ongoing maintenance retainer once it's live. Everything is quoted in Indian rupees unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Ad spend passes straight through

Where we manage paid advertising, your ad budget is spent directly through your own Google or Meta account, not routed through ours. Our management fee is separate, stated upfront, and is not a percentage of ad spend — so there's no built-in incentive on our side to inflate your budget.

No fixed contract term

Ongoing work runs month to month. Either side can end it with the notice period stated in the engagement letter, typically 30 days. There's no multi-year lock-in; we'd rather earn the relationship every month than rely on a contract to keep it.

You own your accounts

Your Google Business listing, your Google Ads account, your domain and your website hosting stay in your name throughout. We work inside accounts you control and can revoke access to at any time. If the engagement ends, you keep everything — nothing is held hostage in an agency-owned account.

What marketing results can't promise

Here's the part we won't dress up. We can commit to specific work — campaigns launched, content published, listings optimised, reporting delivered — and to reporting honestly against bookings. We cannot promise a specific number of new patients by a specific date; that depends on your market, your capacity to convert an enquiry into a booking, seasonality, and competitors' own activity, none of which we control. Where a target looks unrealistic, we'll say so before you commit budget to it, not after.

Confidentiality

Account access, internal metrics and anything discussed about your practice's business stay confidential and are used only to run the engagement. We'll sign a mutual NDA if you'd like one in place before detailed discussion begins.

Intellectual property

Content, designs and copy produced specifically for your practice belong to you once paid for in full. Our own general processes, templates and know-how — not specific to your account — remain ours to reuse elsewhere. Stock imagery and licensed assets used in your materials remain governed by their own licence terms.

Liability

Neither side is liable to the other for indirect loss or lost profit arising from the engagement. The most either party owes the other in connection with an engagement is capped at the fees paid under that engagement in the preceding three months. This doesn't limit liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending an engagement

On notice as described above, or immediately for a serious breach not fixed within a reasonable time after being raised in writing. On the way out: fees already earned stay payable, our access to your accounts is revoked by you, and confidentiality obligations continue to apply.

Using this website

Everything on clinicvolume.com is informational. No contract exists until a written engagement letter is signed. Please don't submit sensitive account credentials or anything confidential through a form on this site.

Governing law

Governed by the law of India, with the specific jurisdiction for disputes set out in the signed engagement letter. Both sides agree to raise any disagreement directly and attempt to resolve it in good faith before pursuing anything further.

What this page is

A plain description of how engagements work, not legal advice and not a substitute for a lawyer familiar with your situation. Wherever this conflicts with something you've signed, what you signed wins.
