Priced by Market and Channels, Not by Tier
No bronze, silver and gold. A quote is shaped by how competitive your local market is and how many channels you need running together. Every figure here is indicative and in Indian rupees.
Three Starting Points, Not Three Packages
Most practices land in one of these three. Find the one that sounds like your situation, then talk to us about what moves it up or down.
Single channel
₹20,000–₹45,000/mo indicative
One discipline — SEO, ads, or reputation — run properly on its own.
- One clearly defined channel, one specialty, one location
- A quiet-to-moderate local market
- Monthly reporting against bookings, not vanity metrics
Full-funnel practice
₹45,000–₹1,20,000/mo indicative
SEO, ads, website and reputation running together as one system.
- Multiple channels reporting to one booking number
- A moderate-to-competitive local market
- Everything in the single-channel band
Multi-location group
₹1,20,000+/mo indicative
More than one location or a highly competitive metro specialty.
- Separate local SEO and listings per location
- Ad budgets split and tracked by location
- Consolidated reporting across the group
Indicative bands, not a price list. Ad spend itself is separate and goes directly to Google or Meta through your own account. Nothing on this page is a quote until after a call about your specific market.
Pricing Questions
Why is there no fixed price list?
Because two practices in the same specialty can need completely different work once you know the market. A solo dentist in a small town with light local competition needs a fraction of the SEO effort a cosmetic dermatologist in a competitive metro area does. The bands above exist so you can tell within a minute which conversation you're having.
What actually drives the price up?
Mostly two things: how competitive your local market is for your specialty, and how many channels you run together. A single well-defined channel in a quiet market is inexpensive. A full-funnel setup across SEO, ads, website and reputation in a crowded metro market costs more because each channel individually takes more work to win.
Is this a monthly retainer or a one-time fee?
Both apply, for different things. SEO, ads management and reputation work are ongoing monthly retainers, because the work itself is ongoing. A website build is typically a one-time project fee, occasionally with a smaller ongoing maintenance retainer after launch.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
No hidden ad-spend commission. Your ad budget goes to Google or Meta directly through your own account, and our management fee is separate and stated upfront — so there's no incentive on our end to inflate your spend.
What if my budget is smaller than what's typical?
Say so on the call and we'll be direct about it. Sometimes the honest answer is to start with one channel rather than the full system, or to fix a specific problem (a broken website, a neglected Google listing) before adding paid spend on top of it.
