Frequently Asked Questions

What Practices Usually Ask First

Sorted into getting started, the channels themselves, money, and how results actually get measured. Anything missing goes straight to us.

Getting Started

Do you only work with certain specialties?

No — we work across general practice and specialties, from dental to dermatology to physical therapy. See industries we work with for what changes by specialty and what doesn't.

What if we already have a website we like?

That's fine — we can run SEO, ads and reputation work against an existing site without rebuilding it. We'll only recommend a rebuild if the audit shows the site itself is genuinely costing you bookings.

Is the audit really free?

Yes, and it's yours to keep whether or not you engage us afterward. It's a genuine audit, not a sales pitch dressed up as one.

Services & Channels

Which channel should we start with?

It depends on what the audit finds. A practice with no online reviews and an outdated listing often needs reputation and local SEO before ads make sense; a practice with real capacity to fill quickly often benefits from ads first.

Can you manage our social media too?

Yes — content and social media is one of the six services we run. See content and social media for specifics.

Do you handle multiple locations?

Yes, with separate local SEO and listings management per location and consolidated reporting across the group.

Pricing & Contracts

What does it cost?

It depends on your market and how many channels you run together. Ranges and what drives them are on the pricing page.

Is there a long-term contract?

No multi-year lock-in. Ongoing work runs month to month with a short notice period.

Do you take a cut of our ad spend?

No hidden ad-spend commission — your budget goes directly to Google or Meta through your own account, and our management fee is separate and stated upfront.

Results & Reporting

How is success measured?

Against booked appointments and where they came from, not impressions or click-through rates in isolation. Those numbers still get reported as diagnostics, but the number we're answerable for is bookings.

What happens if a channel stops working?

It gets flagged in the monthly report with a specific recommendation — adjust it, pause it, or move the budget elsewhere. See how it works for the full reporting rhythm.

Do we own our accounts and data?

Yes. Your Google Ads account, your Google Business listing and your domain stay in your name. If you ever leave, you leave with everything intact.
